Score & Store
Results are permanently stored in scan_history. Score trends are tracked in agent_scan_timeline.
Drift Alert
If score drops 10+ points vs 7-day average, we fire a webhook alert + email notification.
Remediation
Alert includes specific new findings and ranked fix recommendations.
