MerchantGuard certifications represent a point-in-time assessment based on the specific version, endpoint, or codebase provided at the time of scanning. Certifications expire ninety (90) days from the evaluation timestamp unless renewed through a recertification scan. MerchantGuard does not monitor the runtime behavior of agents post-evaluation. We do not submit applications, negotiate terms, or guarantee PSP approvals.
